The Detailing Specialists are experiencing exciting changes VERY SOON, including moving our workshop and developing a new mobile unit. After some thought, we are responding to the market and adapting to better serve our customers' needs with convenience and quality.
On Thursday, 5th September, we will close the doors to our 29 Stevens Street workshop and move to a private appointment-only workshop with a fully-fledged mobile unit servicing the Canterbury region. Not only does this allow us to offer more convenience to our customers but it also continues our aim to be the highest quality vehicle detailers in Canterbury; not forgetting we are experienced with cars, motorcycles, boats, jet skis, campervans, caravans and also aeroplanes too!
The experience for our customers will not change. Our communication channels don't change, and we can complete all detailing and vehicle protection at yours or ours—send us an email, call us, or flick us a live chat to discuss your best options. The only main difference is that jobs and quotes are now done on an appointment-only basis, as opposed to our current 'always open' format. Since we're mobile, too, we may even be able to provide quotes in person at your home or business!
We are still offering high-quality products through our sister business, United Car Care. While we no longer have a retail shop, we will still offer customised product support and kits, plus click-and-collect or even private drop-off and training for those interested. Being 'on the road' opens up many avenues for increased product support for both private and commercial customers.
